The work

BM Lawyers are a client on our AI Visibility Platform, which we build and run for multiple clients.

How it runs

Everything starts with a Core Profile: a deep research pass across the firm’s niche, its experience, its position and its competitors. A core strategy is generated from that profile.

Each week the platform builds a plan with measurable goals, refreshed against fresh live research so it reflects the current position rather than the position when the strategy was written.

Content is produced daily against that plan, for the firm’s website and LinkedIn, using a brand voice and settings the firm supplies.

The review step

The firm reviews, improves and schedules everything. Nothing publishes without a person at the firm approving it. Content posts by channel on their schedule.

In a regulated profession this is the part that matters most. No client-facing content goes out without a lawyer having read it.

Measurement

Each week the platform researches the stated goals, produces reports, snapshots the measurable metrics and analyses the movement. That analysis adjusts the strategy and the following week’s plan.

Alongside the automated loop, the platform researches and recommends things the firm can only do by hand: positioning moves, and places a competitor is exposed.

Status

This engagement is running now. Results are measured weekly and will be published here once there is a trend worth reporting.
